Good luck! Initially that was my goal, then I switch with Philosophy. I think, what really matter is that we prepare ourselves academically. Later on down the road it will help to improved our lives.

After earning her PhD in social psychology, Dr. Lexi Keaveney Brietz went on to work in research-related roles at organizations including Meta, Nielsen, and Instagram, and is currently the Director of Research & Data Science at Workday. As an instructor in the MAPP program who teaches courses in UX research, she’s able to bring her diverse skillset to the classroom.“Combining my academic psychology training with my business experience allows me to help students see the translation of foundational psychological research skills to key business problems.”She says the MAPP program can benefit anyone who's looking to elevate their training, skills, and experience in applied psychology.“We've seen great success with students from all sorts of academic and professional backgrounds. This past weekend was May the 4th, aka Star Wars Day, which means your social media feeds will probably be filled with Star Wars-themed GIFS, memes, and puns. This “holiday” is part of a larger trend in which savvy marketers leverage consumers’ affinity for brands or products to offer timely discounts on dates that are connected to those brands in some way.Other examples include Mario Day (March 10, or Mar10) and National Pi Day (March 14). A few restaurant chains have even been daring enough to target consumers who have the munchies on 420 Day (April 20).Our Psychology of Interactive Media course delves into how media marketing provides new opportunities to engage with consumers online. You can explore that and the rest of the MAPP curriculum here: https://lnkd.in/gFg8nQrRWhat are some other quirky dates that marketers can turn into sales-driven holidays? Tell us in the comments! And #maythe4thbewithyou.
